Peter M. Hosinski
Peter M. Hosinski joined Becker Glynn in 1991, after ten years of practice in Washington, D.C., Tokyo, and Maine. His practice involves a broad range of corporate and finance matters related to cross-border transactions of many types. His corporate practice includes experience in the formation and restructuring of corporate and other business entities; mergers, acquisitions and dispositions; various corporate governance and regulatory compliance activities; and a wide variety of commercial transactions for various types of domestic and foreign businesses, including professional practice groups.
Mr. Hosinski’s finance practice encompasses a wide variety of matters, including international project finance transactions, secured and unsecured commercial loans, structured finance transactions and private placements and public offerings of equity and debt securities. In his finance practice, Mr. Hosinski has represented numerous business clients as borrowers and small banks and a number of other financial institutions as lenders, particularly multilateral and bilateral development finance institutions focusing on activities in developing countries.
Mr. Hosinski also has substantial experience advising foreign individuals and businesses on a wide variety of matters relating to US laws and investing and conducting business in the U.S.
