Karin P.E. Gustafson
Karin P.E. Gustafson is a member of the firm’s trusts and estates, international and private client practice groups. She handles estate planning projects both for domestic and foreign clients. In addition to drafting wills and planning traditional estates, she has experience in setting up a variety of domestic and offshore trusts and foundations. Her experience also includes estate administration.
Many of her clients are individuals, some of whom are not familiar with the U.S. legal system. For this reason, she has worked to develop a special expertise in translating legal concepts and IRS rules into plain English.
