Mesler, Stacey A.
Stacey A. Mesler is a tax partner at Becker Glynn. In addition to her general tax practice, Ms. Mesler routinely provides tax advice in connection with international tax planning matters for foreign individuals, and executive compensation and benefits.
Ms. Mesler is involved in all areas of the firm’s practice, including corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and finance. Among other issues, she provides advice in relation to off-shore entities; FIRPTA issues; controlled foreign corporations; estate tax planning; passive foreign investment companies; merger and acquisition structuring; and tax-free reorganizations.
