Muffly, Robert C.
Robert C. Muffly is the managing partner of Becker Glynn. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project finance, and general corporate and commercial matters for a variety of domestic and foreign businesses. He regularly counsels foreign corporate clients investing in the U.S. and in international joint ventures.
Mr. Muffly also specializes in the representation of foreign clients in the U.S., with particular regard to international tax and estate planning matters for foreign individuals, transnational families and other international private banking clients.
