Jacqueline A. Zachariadis
Jacqueline is an associate in the firm’s Corporate practice group. She received her J.D. from NYU School of Law and her MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. Prior to joining the firm, Jacqueline practiced at Ropes & Gray LLP where she represented public, private, and emerging companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, intellectual property transactions, and ESG/CSR guidance and compliance.
