Becker Glynn Represents IFC In Connection With BRL330 Million Loan To União Química Farmacêutica Nacional S.A.

Becker Glynn served as New York counsel to International Finance Corporation in its BRL330 million financing package to União Química Farmacêutica Nacional S.A., one of Brazil’s largest pharmaceutical companies. União Química will use the IFC loan to expand its production capacity, vaccine infrastructure, and energy efficiency projects. The Becker Glynn team was led by Peter Hosinski and Tianpu Zhang of the firm’s International Finance practice group.
