Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Partner Alec P. Ostrow Moderates Two Panel Discussions at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Annual New York City Conference

Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights partner Alec P. Ostrow recently moderated two panels at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s New York City Conference on the subject of recent confirmation issues.  The panels discussed such issues as restructuring support agreements, make-whole payments to lenders, allocation of collateral appreciation, reinstatement of debt, cramdown interest rates, and equitable mootness of confirmation orders.  The panelists included Judge Brendon Shannon of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and prominent members of the corporate restructuring groups of major law and financial advisory firms.
