Becker Glynn on the Forefront of Virtual Litigation: Second Remote Trial Scheduled For End of July

In their second virtual trial scheduled for this summer, Becker Glynn’s trial lawyers will appear in New York Supreme Court to press the claims of a Brazilian telecommunications company against an investor who failed to make a $7 million payment for shares of the company.  The trial team, led by litigation partner Jesse Conan and also including litigation partner Zeb Landsman, has already prevailed on liability.  The virtual trial, one of the very first in New York Supreme Court, will assess damages and include remote testimony from fact and expert witnesses.
