Eric D. Kuhn Speaks to Italian Companies About Entering the U.S. Marketplace

On February 6, Eric D. Kuhn spoke in Verona, Italy, to approximately 30 local Italian manufacturing companies about sales and manufacturing in the United States.  Mr. Kuhn discussed how best to structure their U.S. presence for efficient tax treatment and the reduction of liability risks, the importance of written contracts with U.S. business partners, and other key aspects of running an efficient and successful business in the U.S.  marketplace.  The offices of the Macchi di Cellere Gangemi law hosted the presentation, which was moderated by Avv. Roberto Luzi Crivelini.
