Lilian A. Mattei
Lilian Mattei is a Foreign Associate for the firm’s Corporate, International and Private Client practice groups. Prior to joining the firm in early 2020, she was with a boutique law firm in New York. She also practiced law in Brazil for over nine years, assisting clients with corporate and tax matters. During that time, she represented clients in tax litigations in both federal and state courts.
Her experience includes forming, restructuring and dissolving domestic and offshore entities, preparing corporate documents for private equity transactions, and corporate maintenance and legal compliance.
