Andres F. Ramirez
Andres Ramirez is a Foreign Associate with an LL.M. from New York University (NYU). His practice includes strategic income tax and estate tax planning, advice on pre-immigration procedures, structuring of cross-border investment with an emphasis on Latin American multi-jurisdictional families, and structuring foreign investment in U.S. companies and real estate.
Prior to joining Becker Glynn, Mr. Ramirez practiced law in Brazil for six years and in Colombia for nearly two years, assisting individuals and corporations in matters of international tax law, including advice on transfer pricing strategies, cross-border services agreements, placement of intangibles, coordination of global tax strategies and treaty application, voluntary disclosure programs, pre-emigration, and estate planning. Mr. Ramirez’s previous experience also includes tax planning on cross-border M&A transactions and coordinating due diligence processes with international stakeholders.
